My Ultimate 2022 Christmas Gift Guide
Mince pies at the ready - it’s the most wonderful time of the year! Just call me Mrs Claus because I have carefully curated a Christmas gift guide to sleigh your holiday shopping. Each and every item below is guaranteed to delight, whether giving or receiving them. And on top of it all, I’ve made it my priority to showcase local, socially conscious businesses. It’s the time to give back, after all.
Ho Ho Happy Shopping!
Secret Santa gifts for £10 or less
It’s no secret that I have a big group of family and friends which is obviously amazing, however it does make gifting around Christmas time quite challenging. Don’t get me wrong, there are few people who love giving gifts as much as I do, but when there are over 20 people around my table on Boxing Day (ie the best party of the season) it’s hard to decide who to buy what for. This is precisely the reason why I love Secret Santa; you draw a name and focus on one person only. Everyone’s included and setting a budget of £10 makes sure each person gets creative.
Here are my go-to’s:
10 Scratch cards
Local Coffee shop voucher
A box full of things from the pound shop
Trust me, these mini hands will bring you hours of fun.
Dog Bingo
Giant Dairy Milk Choc bar
Sausages
Mini USB Disco light
Home present ideas
It probably won’t come as a shock that I absolutely adore interiors. I also love giving (and receiving, mind you!) gifts for the home. I particularly like supporting small businesses when it comes to home brands and I can honestly say some of the most beautiful things I have in my home came from lesser-known names. I know interiors are very subjective and not everyone likes the same things. That said, the list below is one created with my own personal wish list.
Candles
Along with 95% of the population, I love a good candle. It’s my go-to, easy buy that is guaranteed to delight any recipient. There is no shortage when it comes to candle brands and I’ve really had to have a good think about which my favourites are. So without further ado, let me take you on my journey of scent.
These just smell damn yummy. I have a slight obsession with the Queen Jam scent. It smells like the stickiest homemade jam you’ve ever spread on your hot buttered toast.
Talking of fragrance, helloooooooo to my favourite perfume in the world in a candle!! How divine and how exquisite. It’s definitely at the top of my own Christmas list.
Beauty Gifts
What would an LPD gift guide be without including a list of my ultimate beauty buys? In a year when every penny counts, I’ve scoured the shops for gifts that are big on value. I’ve grouped different budgets so whether you are looking for a splurge or a steal, I’ve got you covered.

If you know a bath obsessed friend, then trust me, this is the greatest gift you could ever buy them. As a bath lover myself, I am never without the Soapsmith Bath Soaks. They smell incredible and leave your skin feeling soft and hydrated. Bloomsbury will forever be my fave with its Peony and Rose mix, but this limited edition Bergenhus Christmas scent is pretty special too. And all from a small business with a great story that you should def check out.

I’ve never found a CBD that worked until OTO. These sleep drops are SO good. They actually work, and I know that you guys rate them highly too. This set is perfect for anyone who struggles to switch off.
This is, without doubt, my favourite hair tool. It works on all hair lengths and has the incredible technology that GHD are famous for. I can curl my hair on a Sunday night and it’a still looking good on a Wednesday when I use this tong. A brilliant gift.
The Best Pet Pressies
You didn’t think I was going to forget to include my fur children, did you? No ma’am, some of them may have been more naughty than nice (side eye Diddy) but there are few things that bring me more joy than to spoil my pets.
Now this is for the ultimate spoilt lil mister or madam. This cat bed is nice enough to rival anyone’s real-life furniture!
When one of your fave hairdressers makes dog shampoo, you listen! Undirty is a brilliant product that leaves your dogs locks feeling and smelling like they’re just had a personalised blow dry with George himself.
All dog owners know that during the cold, wet days of winter, our furry friends tend to bring that trusty old “wet dog” smell into the house after walkies. This spritz is perfect for freshening up.
Your cat will seriously have hours of fun with this UBS chargeable toy fish. That, or Your Highness will move onto better things…the packaging the fish comes in.
Gifts for the person who has everything
I have been told I am hard to buy for. Personally, I don’t know what people are talking about… buy me a giant tin of Perello olives and Bob’s your uncle! Having said that, I know there are some people who are difficult to buy for; they either have everything or they are just plain old picky. I’ve searched high and low to find the perfect pressies for the hard-to-buy.
Any type of home fragrance is a perfect gift, even for the most difficult to buy for. This home diffuser by Acqua Du Parma is a fave of mine. Mainly because it fills a room, lasts for months and looks lovely. On top of that, refills can be purchased of this iconic woody floral scent.

As always, I only ever recommend products I would use myself. This most may contain affiliate links that at no additional cost to you, I may earn a small commission.
This is mostly spent on repairing the shoes Diddy keeps chewing.
Happy shopping and happy Christmas!
