It's a bit like a gift exchange with a mischievous twist. Everyone buys a pressie worth no more than a tenner, you gather your friends or family, toss your gifts into the ring, and take turns deciding whether you want to be a gift snatcher extraordinaire or stick with the mysterious contents of an unopened present. You know I’m obsessed with these bath and shower oils. The Deep Relax is my go-to scent. I can’t tell you how magic this is. It’s a great addition to your night-time routine as it really does help to relax you before bed. If your racing mind is preventing you from a good night's rest, this calming concoction contains grounding vetiver as well as camomile to soothe and sandalwood to help feel relaxed. It works wonders for me.
