Face & Body Tools Worth your Money
There’s been SO much hype around at-home beauty tools in recent years, from LED masks to sculpting devices. While I’ll always believe that nothing beats the expertise of a trained professional, there’s no denying that consistent use of the right tools can deliver amazing results. That’s the key – consistency. These tools aren’t magic wands; they won’t transform your skin overnight. But if you stick to a routine, follow the instructions (seriously, read them!), and use them alongside a solid skincare routine, you can see a difference. Not sure about your skincare order? There are tons of tools on the market, but I’ve only included ones that I genuinely rate. No point wasting your time because trust me, I’ve wasted mine for you guys! I’ve tested these all for at least four weeks, as often as recommended. And if there’s a game-changing tool I’ve missed (especially in the LED mask world), please tell me about your faves in the comments! To make things simple, I’ve given each tool a rating out of 10 based on effectiveness, ease of use, and value for money. Let’s get into it…

· Results: Guys, I have to say, I am seriously pleasantly surprised by this tool. I’ve added a before and after picture so that you can see the results. My jawline looks more snatched and less puffy – especially either side of my chin, right?! My skin appeared brighter and more even.
· Ease of Use: Used 5x a week with the ZIIP Crystal Gel (don’t skimp on the gel—it tingles if you don’t use enough!). It didn’t hurt but was just a bit weird. They recommend 6-8 pumps.
· Worth it? Yes. It’s pricey, but I was seriously impressed and will keep using it.

This ultra-lightweight and wireless face mask uses red light therapy to deliver anti-aging results – all while you walk around and get on with your day. · Results: This is my favourite LED mask I’ve ever used! There’re a few reasons I think it stands out from the crowd – I think the most important was that my skin is so much brighter, and it has hugely improved texture. All the different settings are amazing for targeting different concerns.
· Ease of Use: Super lightweight (a game-changer for LED masks!) and customisable treatments.
· Worth it? Yes. The price is steep, but clinical trials show serious results, and I’m tempted to get one for my pro kit.

A portable infrared sauna designed to aid recovery, relaxation, and detoxing. It uses FAR infrared technology which has a huge range of benefits: recovery, detoxification, better sleep, reduced stress, clearer skin and can even help burn calories! This is particularly great if you don’t have access to a sauna regularly.
· Results: I’ve had this a couple of years now and it was a godsend when I had my endometriosis pain as not only did the heat help to relax me, but the infrared therapy is proven to help with healing. It’s also amazing for muscle recovery post workout.
· Ease of Use: Use 2–3x a week for 30+ mins (wear workout clothes—it gets HOT and sweaty!).
· Worth it? If you have the space, yes. It’s bulky, but the benefits are undeniable. Just find a good cupboard or maybe under the bed storage for this bad boy!
· Price: Normally £315.00 but currently it’s reduced to £235.00!
· Rating: 8.5/10
You’ve heard me rave about Face Gym before. From their facials to their at home products. They really have a game changing technology that helps sculpt, lift and depuff! This is a multi-use sculpting tool for lymphatic drainage, lifting, and depuffing. I love the stainless steel as it’s durable and easy to sanitise (make sure you do this before every use!).
· Results: More sculpted cheekbones, less puffiness (especially in the morning!).
· Ease of Use: Super simple but watch Face Gym’s tutorials to get the most out of it. Just remember with this tool – you get out what you put in so be consistent!
· Worth it? I would highly recommend using these in the morning as that’s when I noticed a difference. I usually use it with a face oil to help glide across the skin.

You know how much I love Sarah Chapman’s skincare products. The overnight facial oil is a forever favourite of mine! This facial massager mimics the fast tapping, pinching and knuckling of Sarah's signature 'gymnastics' massage techniques to release tension in the jaw, aid lymphatic drainage and dramatically lift and sculpt. Also how have I only just realised there’s a body version too?! I need to try that ASAP!
· Results: Skin feels firmer and more lifted after use. Plus, it just feels nice and like it’s doing something good for you! Which is really what we want with all of these right?!
· Ease of Use: Super easy and travel friendly.
· Worth it? Yes—a great entry-level sculpting tool.

Cooling stainless steel wands for depuffing, tightening, and refreshing the skin. Combines the amazing cryotherapy technology with a traditional gua sha!
· Results: I absolutely adore a cryo tool. Instant depuffing, especially after a big night out - ha! (andddd also great before makeup!). I always have these in my kit when I’m travelling for a shoot and everyone always loves them! I’ve even spotted Theo using these on occasion.
· Ease of Use: Keep in the fridge (or minibar if you’re traveling!) and use them to massage your face gently. Make sure you use a serum underneath to help them move along the face.
· Worth it? 100%. A staple in my kit and worth the cost as they’ll last you forever.
· Price: £48.95 but currently on limited sale for £34.95
· Rating: 9/10
So, what’s my final verdict? Which tools are truly worth it? After weeks of testing, here’s my final thoughts:
· Best for lifting & sculpting: ZIIP Halo
· Best LED Mask: FAQ Swiss 202 (hands down!)
· Best for relaxation: MiHigh Sauna Blanket
· Best for instant depuffing: Cryo Sticks
