My 5 faves of the month: March

Guys, can you believe it’s Spring?! I have been loving the (ever so slightly) warmer days, blue skies and seeing daffodils pop-up all-over London! I’ve got some absolute gems for you this month. So grab that iced coffee (because yes, it’s time!) and enjoy my five faves in home, beauty and fashion!

So, I just had the most glorious weekend away at this stunning cabin in Somerset. But honestly, calling it a “cabin” doesn’t do it justice – it’s more like a spabin (spa + cabin, you get it). Think private jacuzzi room with a TV that played nothing but ’90s music videos (yes, we pruned ourselves in there), a sauna, and a massive outdoor bubble bath. Oh, and inside? A huge projector screen where we played Friends on repeat. If you need a getaway with your besties, this is the place.

This place feels like the ultimate hidden gem. It’s the perfect weekend escape for a busy city gal! If you’re like me and struggle to sit still, you can do countless walks, go to the gym, get massages, etc. Or you can just chill with your girls and drink champs! Talking of that….

Look, I’m no Champagne expert, but I do know when I’m drinking a good one. And let me tell you, this Gauthier Brut is chef’s kiss. It’s light, smooth, and dangerously easy to drink. So much so that between the six of us, we went through 18 bottles on our weekend away. Casual.

I don’t know when I became the person who gets excited about laundry, but here we are. I’ve tried all the fancy fabric softeners, but these? These are it. My bedding smells divine, my clothes stay fresh for ages, and honestly, I just want to roll around in everything I wash. THESE ARE SO GOOD! Exactly the right level of scent and freshness.

I posted a picture of these while I was at Soho Farmhouse with Mark last week, and you lot went wild for them. They’re basically the size of an ice cream dish, meaning more champs per pour – what’s not to love? Plus, they double up as fancy pud bowls. Win-win.

You know I love cooking – it’s my love language. And these pans? Game. Changer. HexClad kindly sent me a couple, and they are hands down the best I’ve ever used. Non-stick but actually non-stick, even heat distribution, and just a dream to cook with. Safe to say, my kitchen skills have levelled up. There are an investment in your home as they will last you a lifetime if you take care of them!

If you’re after the easiest at-home lash extensions, these are it. I used them on Paris Jackson in Paris for every look, and I’m officially obsessed. They come in different lengths and styles, they apply underneath the lash line (so no visible glue), and they last a few days if you look after them. A total game-changer.

I’ve just finished my first bottle of this serum, and I loved it. The formula is a bit thicker than most serums, which I actually prefer, and I swear my skin is looking brighter. Has it totally smoothed my fine lines? Hmm. But would I repurchase? Absolutely.

Summer. In. A. Bottle. This is up there with my all-time fave Jo Malone scents. Think fresh lime and mint, warm tonka bean, and a subtle coconut water twist – basically, it smells like the Seychelles, and I’m obsessed. Who wouldn’t want to be transported there?!

Lisa Eldridge Kitten Mascara in Burnt Umber

A brown mascara is always in my kit, and Lisa Eldridge has nailed it. The shade is rich and warm, and the formula is everything you’d expect – long-wearing, non-clumpy, and designed to hug the lash line for that effortless, full-lash look.

I forgot how much I love these balms. It’s the combination of hydration, shine and a flush of colour that elevates any look. Beautiful!

OK, so technically swimsuits weren’t included in my shopping ban, right? And then Skims went and launched a leopard and tiger print of my fave style, so obviously, I had no choice but to buy both. I blame Kim Kardashian. No further questions at this time. Bye.

These were such a good find. The perfect wide-leg cut, a mix of faux leather and silver studs, and they work equally well with heels or trainers. Basically, my kind of trousers.

TOPSHOP!!!!

Right, what is happening?! “We’ve missed you too” is all we’ve got so far but does this mean they’re reopening shops?! Will Oxford Street get its Topshop back?! I AM ON THE EDGE OF MY JONI JEANS. I couldn’t not include this MAJOR news for March!

Is it a cape? Is it a shirt? Who knows, who cares—it’s cool AF. One of those pieces that instantly makes any outfit look effortless. Honestly, COS never misses for me!

Ok where has this been my whole life?! Have you guys been gatekeeping this from me?! You know the wardrobe computer in Clueless? Well, this is basically that but IRL. It helps you upload your whole wardrobe, plan outfits, and actually wear what you own. It’s going to take me forever to get all my clothes on there, but it’s 100% worth it.

And that’s a wrap on my March faves! As always, let me know what you’ve been loving this month—whether it’s a new beauty gem, a home find, or the perfect fashion piece. See you next month for another round of absolute must-haves!

Love, Lisa xx
